Applications for Mission Volunteers
These applications are to be completed by groups and individuals in Georgia desiring to volunteer for a mission opportunity through Mission Volunteers. (Our partners who are requesting volunteers should go to the Partners' Page)
1. The application for U.S. MISSIONS should be filled out by the Team Leader only. Individual members of the team are not required to submit the application.
2. The application for INTERNATIONAL MISSIONS should be completed by EACH member of the team who will be participating. (Please note that the TIJUANA mission opportunities are handled through the California partnership and the DOMESTIC application should be used by team leaders only. Individual team members do not need to complete an application for service in Tijuana.)
